I'm selling my 1978 Dodge Sportsman Brougham motorhome named “Sunny”. Sunny runs, drives, camps, he has only 66k original miles and is 19.5 feet long. He can fit into any campsite and all national parks. All appliances work expect the furnace, no A.C., he has a loft bed over the cab, a 4 person dinette that folds down into a bed, and a fold down bunk bed. He can sleep 4 to 5 people. He has a separate toilet and standing shower. Sunny has a a brand new 30 gallon fresh water tank along with black and grey tanks with no leaks. He has a new automatic transmission (3 year warranty), new radiator, water pump, alternator, belts, carbs, gaskets, spark plugs, hoses, marine battery, brake master and booster, wiring, kitchen facet, toilet, fuel tank hoses. I restored and upgraded the LP propane gas valves. The brakes are excellent and the tires are like new. He has no water leaks or ceiling leaks. The roof was recently sealed and all seams sealed for water leaks. For the interior he has new re-upholstered fabric for the dinette, Mexican tile backslash in the kitchen, brand new white vintage looking microwave, flip down mounted flat screen tv, backup camera with 3 cameras. Some curtains have been replaced but I also have the original curtains in good condition. I'm sure I'm forgetting a bunch, but Sunny is a solid one of a kind vintage motorhome with hippie vibes and charm. He is rare, having cool vintage orange stripes down the side, and the interior in near perfect condition. I've seen a few dodge motorhome for sale but none of them are restored and in excellent condition. I have tons of documentation on Sunny, including a maintenance and repair log along with invoices from the mechanic. He does have bumps and bruises, I like him that way, I have reduced him to $9,000. I've spend well over $16,000 on restoring him to his original glory! To be honest with you Sunny is my very first motorhome and I didn't know what I would like and didn't like in an RV. We really enjoyed fixing him up and using him but we are ready to move on to something different.
